Thank you for choosing First Class AC and Heat aka Your AC Guy LLC for your air conditioning needs. We are committed to providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed—such as diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, or installation—it is considered final and non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. While refunds are not issued, we may offer to re-inspect or correct any issues related to our prior service.

Warranty

• We stand behind our work. Service warranties are provided where applicable and will be clearly stated on your invoice or service agreement. Warranty service is limited to correcting the specific issue addressed during the original visit.

• On new installations we provide 10 year parts warranty and 2 year labor warranty , does not include clogged drain lines that is considered maintenance.
